• “TradeCrucible Content” refers to all content and materials made available by us through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, and algorithms.

TradeCrucible is an educational and analytical tool designed to help traders improve their discipline and decision-making through tracking, gamification, and performance analysis. The Service is provided on a freemium model, with both free and paid subscription options.

3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice and Limitation of Liability

• Absence of Financial Advice: TradeCrucible is an educational tool aimed at improving trading behaviors. The application does not provide any investment advice. The information presented does not in any way constitute a personalized recommendation.
• Risk Warning: Trading involves high risks that can lead to the total loss of invested capital. Only funds that you can afford to lose should be used. Past performance does not predict future results.
• Limitation of Liability: The publisher disclaims all liability for investment decisions made by users. The results obtained via the application do not guarantee any future success.
• No Performance Guarantee: The application does not guarantee any profit or gain. The strategies presented are for educational purposes only and must be adapted to your personal situation.

4. User Accounts

• License from You: By using the Service, you grant TradeCrucible a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the Service. This includes, for example, analyzing your trades to provide performance metrics.

6. User Content and Data Usage

• Data Portability and Deletion: You have the right to export your User Content and to delete your account at any time, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• Termination by TradeCrucible: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms (e.g., in case of fraud or any prohibited use).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce d’Annecy, France.
